U.topia is a user-testing entity designed to test software and products with a modern twist. Similar to social media, it can be downloaded by any person interested in discovering new services and being rewarded for their time. Users and creators can easily communicate through U.topia's platform and give/receive feedback on products. The app encourages the everyday user to try new software instead of trained testers who may not represent the audience that U.topia's clients are aiming for. The mission of U.topia is to open up user-testing as something that is enjoyable and available for many people, instead of a niche set of tech-savvy people. By making user-testing more accessible to the masses, the feedback for clients will be more accurate and genuine.

There are two types of Users: Normal and Super. Normal Users are everyday users of the app who enjoy benefits of gift card rewards, but Super Users who opt in can be officially user-test trained and attend U.topia's Pop-Up events where they can receive even better rewards (or potentially be hired onto U.topia's user-testing teams). This system is designed to reach users who are more "casual", who want to explore new software, games, and apps at their own leisure versus users who are more passionate about the user-testing experience.
