The goal of this project was to choose a letter and an object, then morph them together to create a new letterform that incorporates elements of both, without drastically altering the original typeface. The main idea was to teach the concept of figure-ground, commonly used to trick the viewer into seeing two separate forms when they see the letter. The typeface of the original letter is Times New Roman and the object I chose was a stapler remover.
